We were 6 in an apartment - but directly had to book another one -
because it was very very small for 6 people-. This made the cost much
higher than planned unfortunately. Better indication about the size and
open rooms must be informed of.
But luckily Ida in the reception was very nice and helpful. This was a
big plus.

Don't get room 211, it's a shoebox, nothing like the photo's you see on
line. the smallest room but the same cost as others. Filthy. hairs in
the bed, spaghetti sauce splashed everywhere from previous guests, dirty
carpet, dirty dishes, disgusting toaster. Great staff 'tho, David, props
to him, transferred us to Horstman Lodge because we hated it there so
much. It was great, room etc, except i made the mistake of accidentally
leaving my snowboard clothes in the room on departure and less than 24
hours later when calling to retrieve, they had mysteriously gone
missing....obviously in the housekeeping's closet at home. No trust
there, horrible.

Stayed in a studio room for 10 nights. Great amount of space and room
was clean. Kitchen had all the basics that you need, although could have
done with some more cutlery.
Cleaning services are limited but they tell you that when you check in.
We didn't have a problem with noise although did get woken up a few
times during the night.
The best thing though is the location - a 5min walk to the lifts and
right next to supermarket etc. we would definitely stay here again.

I was received like a friend, the staff was very kind. The room was
large and well furnished. The no noise policy after 10 pm was enforced,
at least it seems like it as there was absolutely no noise after 10.

Even though the room was smaller then we expected (we had a larger loft
the year before) it was still quite spacious and fit all four of us with
our vast amounts of stuff. The beds were really hard though. Apart from
that there is nothing negative I could say about the lodge, it was an
amazing stay, with friendly staff and great service.

Got this as a last minute deal and figured anything mid-village would be
alright. That was until about 12:30 am when the nightclub right beneath
our room was in full swing.
Overall, it was typical inexpensive Whistler ski fair - the amenities
are limited, the bed was only okay (very cheap feeling mattress), and
the room had a fairly standard setup. Not bad for $85/night but
this....?
They certainly never mentioned that the room was right over a club. A
least that would have given me the opportunity to say 'do you have
anything more expensive in which I MIGHT ACTUALLY GET SOME SLEEP???
When the clerk asked me how the night was when we were checking out and
I said 'terrible because we were right over a nightclub' and his
reaction was basically 'oh yeah, that's not great - too bad', I knew
that I wouldn't come back here. Waste of money - I'm exhausted today.

Crew start cleaning too early in the morning and it's rather noisy from
early in the morning but the rims are very clean and fully equipped with
anything you may need, shower pressure is low and Internet wasn't
available, location is great in the village and price is very good

The pros: Awesome proximity to the village (you're in it). Clean rooms.
Nice value. Good staff.
The cons: Super loud outside the window even with it closed (loud until
2AM). We were on the side facing the Amsterdam Pub. Swimming pool and
hot tubs are INDOORS, not OUTDOORS. An indoor hot tub is worthless.
The conclusion: Good value and location, but if a quiet night's sleep
and an outdoor hot tub are important to you, stay elsewhere.
